My brain is fried from the holiday rush at work, so excuse my ignorance. Are you saying the union pay is enough incentive not to smoke or alluding to something else all together?

Thanks for your time and input. I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but I appreciate everyone encouraging this decision, it has made a huge difference in my attitude and helped me stay sober.

Just signed all my paperwork and got the address for my drug screening, got work in an hour so I am going to get done on the 2nd. Might try and run a couple at home tests and see if I need to grab some monkey business for this one test.
