Glossy spots on leaf

I have a 5 week old OG, there are a couple of leaves that concern me, the leaves look deformed or aren't growing to potential. What is happening here ?

This is the only spot. I've upgraded the light and just lowered the plants to the floor now. The tips showed a little yellow, I was waiting to see how they responded to the light. Got questions on when and where to snip lower leaves?

Maybe not nutes, but it's almost certainly a splash of liquid which dried on the leaf
