no, know plenty about that, talking about glucose, the product made in photo synth, but instead just feeding it straight glucose, ive given it to a plant last night just for a bit of an experiment, well see what happens, anyone with info would be apprciated

Glucose is a product that i would imagine is too refined as is normal sugar. If you know plenty about mollasses, you would know that, it is not only the carb content of mollasses the plant uses. Post your conclusions though as to whether or not glucose does anything either positive or negative to your plants.

yeah! keep us updated on long term changes to the plants but in order to find out whether it really affects you should have a control group plant. Good luck!

im just going off the fact that plants turn micro and macro nutes into glucose, from what i can remember, it will give it "lazy food" getting fed without having to do anything...... so yeah any big changes ill let you know, but if u wanna keep up with the grow, link in sig..... peace

Roots cannot absorb carbohydrates like glucose. What actually happens is: the glucose serves as food for the bacteria in the soil that digest complex nutes into simpler nutes (phosphates, potassium salts etc) that are easily absorbed by the roots. More nutes, faster metabolism, more growth.

I would still recommend molasses, it has enough glucose in it tofeed the bacteria and also contains all of the minerals needed by your plant.
