Sounds like a killer setup. I don't know anything about cmh lighting but they seem to be very effective and nearly as efficient as COB LEDs. I checked out the site you listed and couldn't find any citizen leds listed. I've narrowed it down to either the Go Green led (citizen) or a Timber led kit (citizens or cxb3590) for a small 1.5x2.5

u need to call florahydro and talk to Rich, he will find anything you want even if its not on site.. i ordered a centurion pro mini trimmer, then the go green led's and saved 100 on the led and over 1,000.00 on the trimmer!!!

Thanks for the order, and your lights are on thier way.

Sounds like a good setup with a balanced spectrum including UV. I read that you can add silica (SiO2) which is said to strengthen plants and thus become more pest resistant. There's a decent article on Max Yield here http://maximumyield.com/blog/2016/03/31/guide-ceramic-metal-halide-grow-lights/

thanks, ive been adding a general hydroponics silica additive for years. in addition to GH flora or maxi series nutes.. i should recieve the lamps on wed.dec 7th and cant wait to add them to my flower room...

I was looking at the 100w 2 COB Citizen grow light, but I'm seeing some discrepancies in the specs (in my mind).

Its listed as 100w, but in the "Details" section, it says "Actual Power Consumption: 200 Watt"
I was under the impression that the actual power consumption is 100w? It also says the dimensions are 11.65" x 11.65" x 2.95", which would lead me to believe this section was accidentally copied and pasted from the 200W, 4 COB light, given that the 100w is rectangular, not a square (not 11.65 x 11.65).

Finally, the coverage area is listed as :Coverage Area: 18″ x 36″ @ 16" above canopy, which seems to correspond with the 100w, 2-cob light. Can you provide the accurate specs for the 100w, 2 COB light? Is the 250W HPS comparison true for the 2 COB or 4 COB?

Finally, how long have you folks been in business?

Thanks for finding the error in the specs on the 100W Citizen COB page. It has been corrected, and for your find, here is a 25% off. Use coupon code goodcatch to get 25% off of this light (coupon expires in 1 week).

For HPS comparison it is meant to replace a 200W HPS.

The case dimensions of the 100W light are 7" x 12.25" x 3.25"

The company was established in 2013. We were one of the first few selling COB lights here on the forum and have been doing so for about a year and a half.
 
i recently put up 2 100 watt gogreen citizen cob led's with my 2 315 watt ceramic's,,, over a 4ftx6ft table.. i must say im very happy,, the penetration of these small 100watt citizens is amazing,,i only had them on for the last 4 weeks of bloom last run and i still got 1.4 grams per watt 830 watts total over table,, next run ill be running them from start to finish,,so far,,, im impressed

Glad to hear you are getting such great yields. Another customer is going to be running a comparison between two 315W CMH 3100k and two 300W Cree 3070 3000k, all with two 100W Citizen 4000k on the sides. Should be great all around.
