Going to SoCal and need some recommendations on some good dispos. DELETE IF NOT ALLOWED

I am going to LA and San Diego this week for a quick vacation. I was thinking of hitting up TLC collective to try some jungle boys stuff, but I dont really wanna pay $70 for a 8th. Whats some good spots between LA and San Diego or in either one?

I live here in LA and the dispensary scene has become pretty poor since recreational happened. Most of them brought in cheaper mids and deps and watered down the selections. I have also had jars from TLC that tasted like mildew and/or unflushed nutes. Multiple strains that all had same overall gross flavor.

The only ones I could think to recommend - The Pottery on Venice is allright. They carry mostly higher end products and is the one spot I will send people to. The only other place I want to check out, which I still haven't been to, is Buds & Roses in Studio City. I think that is or was Kyle Kushman's shop. Never having been there I cannot vouch for them, but have been meaning to go check them out because they do have some decent seed packs for sale from time to time.

Also if you are buying rec, and want top shelf, plan to pay at least $60-70 an 1/8th, plus 30% tax. Plus a tip for the budtender. Yes, $100 for 3.5. It is crazy what people are paying for Alien Labs, Cookies, etc.
