Going to start a perpetual grow

Alright guys I have a grow under my belt. But I want something bigger and better. maybe harvest every week or two. Right now I just use an extra closet for it all. the closet is 3'9" x 4'7". I will be building a seperate room either for flowering or vegging. I have a single hps/mh 400watt air cooled hood. I will be getting another light either for the veg room or flower room. How much room would I need to flower 2-3 plants a week on a 8-10 week strain. say 2-3 clones a week for 10 weeks? Would 400watts be sufficient enough for 20-30 flowering clones in total or am I going to have to go with more watts? would 250 watts be enough for 2 mother plants on 18/6 or 24/0. I am just trying to gather as much info as I can before I even go out and buy the materials. I am a hydro grower. What would be better for the mother plants hydro or dirt? I have searched on this site to try to find some threads on the basic run down. found a couple but nothing really caught my attention to what kind of info i am looking for. I am thinking on flood trays for the flowering room. or pvc flood pipes or something im not sure actually. Just trying to get some ideas. I wouldnt mind pulling 2oz a week. would 2-3 plants a week get me 2oz a week?

Depends on things like how big will the plants be?

400w may not be enough.

that i dont know really. i figure keep in the cloner for a week or two after the roots start and throw them straight into flower

To pull off 2 dried and cured Z's a week, they'll have to be BIG plants.

edit: or a bunch of smaller ones.

its just the beginning for me still getting all the info/tips i can find. i guess I can see what happens. do you know of any threads where i can do some more research for myself?

I harvest a TREE every 2 weeks. 23" x 23" Scrog, 12 plant medical garden. in organic soil, fed with guano teas. 2-3 oz every two weeks.

600 watt MH and 400 watts of 2700k cfls in VEG
600 watt HPS and 350 watts of 5000k-6400k cfls, 2 4ft T8 bulbs.

no longer... have to shut down the grow. just got word my name come up on a list at the local police station from the post office. apparently when i bought seeds online.

say what? they have your address because you bought seeds? i've never heard of such a thing.
