I do but I'm not sure if they produce enough CO2 to help any. My grows are probably too small to notice anything anyway.

Wow God, crazy ass thread with mad knowledge and input. Thank you all for sharing. I am on a shroom growing mission right now as we speak and digging deep into it so that I dont screw it up. MEGA - except for the cleanliness factor, it is very hard to screw it up. Don't get anal about it all, just relax and beware of contamination and you will be just fine. Oh, and in my opinion, PF tek is neither the easiest, the most reliable or the cheapest.

Syringes have very few spores and do not last as long as a good print - syringes are 10 or 12 cc tubes with some spores suspended in sterile water. Prints are deposits of spores on pieces of paper - aluminum foil, glass or petri dishes. Prints cost twice as much as syringes but syringes are generaly easier to use especialy for newbies.
