Out of respect for you patients, you should not call that 'sour diesel' but rather just 'diesel' or something. The plant looks nice but it's definitely not sour diesel.

Me and a buddy ordered seeds some years ago and sour diesel was what I ordered. I got 10 seeds and grew all 10. Only 9 popped. Out of the 9 this one particular plant stayed short and bushy but yielded excellent and had a strong fruity jet fuel taste/smell. Luckily I numbered each plant and took clones before I flowered them. Every clone from the mom looks exactly the same way.

now there could always be the possibility a random seed made it in the bag and it just happened to be a excellent strain? But to me it's actually Sour D#4.

It's a nice looking plant for a garden but Sour D isn't fruity nor does it stay short and squat. I'd even be skeptical that it's a simple outcross as it looks more like a northern lights / Afghan dominant plant. Real diesel lines have fat seed bracts and a desirable seed bract-to-leaf ratio. You've got yourself a greasy variety there, no doubt, it's just near impossible to see the diesel influence.

And forgive me if I'm coming off as a strain nazi here. It's just a pet peeve of mine when breeders or local cash croppers try to push their goods with a famous name when it may or may not have an association with said name.

Your keeper reminds me of a supposed G13 x Northern lights variety that I've had for years:

I can see the resemblance. The other 8 did grow a lot taller and tasted and smelled different. I just figured it was a crazy pheno or something.

You are a growshops wet dream.
My whole garden cost around 3k, and it produces 15-30 ounces a week.
I use one bottle of nutrient 80% of the time and since i know my genetics are solid ( cheap too!) I'd throw my product up against yours all day. sorry to b a dick, I just can't believe people buy all that shit.
Maybe do a little research n make your own. Mbferts.com

Wow, that's quite a factory you have, how many sections/room, do you have to be able to do that ?
Some pics would be nice and details of your systems..

I have been growing for years and as of recently I decided I am going to switch and try out advanced nutrients. I know I know, if it's not broke don't fix it! But I really want to try there line and finally decided to. So I have been using for years Flora Duo A and B, superthrive, monster grow, house and garden root excelurator, cal mag, flora nectar, diamond nectar, armor si, completezym, floralicious plus, monster bloom, liquid w8 and dense. Now I spoke with one of the guys at grower support and he recommended starting out with sensi grow a and b, instead of the connoisseur a and b. He also said he would do the hobbyist bundle since im switching line ups, but I mean I have basically been doing a grand master level already, just not with there lineup. So I am wondering should I just do what he said and only go to the hobbyist level or go full force and go up to the grand master level which would include. Sensi grow a and b, B-52, voodoo juice, big bud, overdrive, piranha, bud candy, tarantula, nirvana, sensizym, bud ignitor, rhino skin, and bud factor x. Keep in mind this is 3019$ which money isn't an issue and I will glady spend it if it's worth it and the results are there. I know alot of people have used advanced here im sure, so I am just trying to get any insight, thanks so much.

can you please tell me W H Y ??? If you dont have water ph/ppm problem, wtf would you choose priciest nutes on earth?? I grow AN sensi Bloom but only due to ph perfect tech..And Im using hobbist level.. Now when I learned how much lime acid Do I need i will switch back to hesi ... coz whole starter pack soil, cost same as 1l of bud candy..

Only suckers buy all the AN stuff. I use the base nutes, Big Bud and the Rhino Skin for silica. Got GrowTech CalMag and toss in a little epsom salts once in a while.

Gonna try the Bud Factor X and also want to try AN's new certified organic stuff that's made for hydro or soil/soilless. They don't hint that it's organic it's OIM California certified organic. Iguana Grow and Bloom base nutes, Big Bud, Bud Candy and Ancient Earth. Want them all! :)

I've tried other nutes in the last 16 years but AN has always done the job with the least amount of hassle and consistently good results.

The AN base nutrients goes stale in next to no time, green globules floating around the clear liquid Part B and big bud is amino acids and can bought way cheaper even though plants produce L Amino acids in abundance and Bud Factor X is simply Chitosan with Magnesium added and again can be purchased at a fraction of the price of watered down bottle.

@Yodaweed @DirtyEyeball696 fukk you both!!
Only brain dead asshole can say that..
If it grows bud and it grows it isn't garbage...Over priced?? Yes?
Garbage? No..
Are u two fukkboys? Yes!

You need to listen to this interview. It is the president of Dyna Grow telling you the truth about cannabis nutrition.

The forums seem to have mostly mis-information because everyone has already invested in it.

Even bloom ratios are bullshit. They were made for popular demand (read $$) and not for plant nutrition reasons.

I keep posting this but it doesn't seem to help. And that is because hype rules!

I use bagged soil and one bottle of nutes and un-ph'd 8.0 well water. Last plant I just harvested was a 6.175 oz dry all dense nugs in a 2.5 gallon nursery pot.

And it is definitely top shelf smoke. It is a Herijuana x Jack Herrer hybrid.

The only thing I add is large perlite but only because ocean forest is what is available near me. It is a very dense heavy mix. I do not add any to pro mix Hp or Potters gold. They drain fine.

It is important to know why we need stuff. And not to listen to agendas and hype without education.

Advanced Nutrients manufactures all those rediculous products to get your money. The rest is advertising. they rely on a lack of knowledge on the growers part.

Here she is for credibility. Harvested at 11 weeks flowering.

Her leaves were tired by week 11 under the HID's but I only lost a couple. And she was fed lightly to the end.

In case you like the myths of defoliation or flushing.
