CO definately. I can't find anything about it changing in WA. Safe for now? It is still 500ppm though. Should be way less than that. Pisses me off. That is why I make my own oil. Should list residual ppm on test results also!

I had this happen. My second time. I thought I really messed it up. I had no idea what I was doing, using bad info that I didn't research beforehand.
