Been seeing some impressive buds grown from leds lately
Looking for a good led no more than 100-300 dollers
Any advice?
The fan cooled T22s are on sale for $260. 56% efficient emitters, 102 par watts drawing about 206w from the wall. They were intended for flowering a 2x2, double in 2x4. Works out to 25 par watts per foot, well over 1000 PPFD which can produce very nice g/f. Suitable for flowering use in up to a 30x30" area or similar.
At 36x36 inches the average PPFD will drop to around 600, working out to 11 par watts per foot, strong veg intensity. Can flower in this area with good g/w but I would recommend more wattage in a 3x3 for increased g/f.
The T1P is an 80w lamp providing around 450 PPFD and 8.5 par watts per foot in a 2x2 area. Intended for keeping and cloning a mother.
T3Ps have around the same output as T2s but as a bar rather than square. -Suitable for flowering use in a 24x36 area or similar. Paired up in a 3x3 provides impressive intensity and 420w of output power. Not on sale and currently over your $300 limit but still a good deal for the output.
