Thanks! Chows can be mean if mistreated or if they are wild. My buddy has a chow named Bruno that he found wandering in the street a while back. I don't know that dog's past, but he was probably mistreated and then abandoned. It loves my buddy but will attack anyone else.Dude, have you ever run into a pack of wild Chow Chows? lol, by wild I mean stray...but my friend used to have this pack of 3 ChowChows (I don't know why, but I have to say it twice...) that would roam the neighborhood punking people. They were VICIOUS.
But yeah, good job to your Kilo (AWESOME name by the way) FUCK possums, they're the ugliest looking creatures since...THAT dog
I am sure he's dead. When I scooped him up with the shovel he was stiff as a board. I mean, I didn't check for a possum pulse or anything, but:They eat worms and bugs. They just aren't cute; pretty harmless really. Are you sure your dog killed it?
You are absolutly right!Yup,he's a good boy, give him a pat on his fat head for me
If you look close you can see the pride in his eye's,he knows he's a good boy, I love the shit out of dogs, truly man's best friend.
HAHA! yeah it's a full-size shovel, the possum is about a foot long including the 4-5" of tail. It was a juvenille. The babies are small enough to hide in your hand. Definitly not the " amazing victory for my dog ". Now if the possum had a knife....either thats a baby possum or a HUGE shovel lol
Yep. But most owners just call them chows. The name chow-chow comes from the goods on the ships that used to come here from China in the 17 and 1800's. They referred to all the various knick-knack cargo as " chow-chow ". These dogs were often brought over on the ships , or belonged to the captain or crew.Chow chow is actually the correct name
I am pretty sure the dog just played with him until it killed him. Dogs will pick up and shake small animals until their neck or other bones break, and they also bite them just hard enough to cause internal injuries without drawing blood. If my dog weren't being fed, or was in the wild, he would have eaten most of the possum. But he gets fed very well and he has no need to go that route.it doesnt even look like it has any bite marks, it prolly died of a hard attck when it saw your dog. Possums are known to play dead...did you check its pulse? lol
How do you know your dog killed it? I don't see any blood or bite marks? I think if a Chow Chow killed that thing it would be all torn up.
