good bud with seeds?

so i was wandering to put this stupid little agrument to rest, so i have this friend, and he says that hes smoked some jamacian weed that was seeded and it got him higher than any nug hes ever smoked, and he has been to amsterdam, is this dude pulling my leg? or is there some legtimacy proving that seeded bud could potentially be better, does it matter for the maturation rate of the seeds, would the seeds have to be completely mature for the bud to be good, or premature seeds and mature bud? to my understand seeds are undesirable unless your a breeder, which i dont concern myself with at this point. Cause ive grown outside, and i was wandering if say, the ditch around here if it would effect the opverall outcome of the outdoor plants because its a ditch plant, but what if the female from me with good genetics and shitty ditch pollen wtf would happen?
i mean this guy swears by this seeded jamacian shit, i just wanna know what others think of this, sorry i asked alot of questions

how would seeds increase potency? the only reasons seeds are produced is from being pollinated by males

some of the best bud i have ever smoked had the most seeds i have ever seen.... seeds just means that it got pollinated by a male..... many of us on here pollinate one (or more) bud(s) on their plants to continue those genetics; according to popular belief, these buds should be considerably less potent than the rest of the plant, yet this is not the case.... unless you want to say that those few seeds make the whole plant less potent..

your buddy prob just had a low tolerence at the time he smoked it, so now he thinks seeded jamacian swagg is better than chronic.......this is just a theory

He just smoked a really awesome strain, so awesome that even having seeds it was stronger than anything else he had smoked. That's all... or it's just his body that reacted differently.

well, i guess i see how you guys are coming about this, i dont understand, how exactly could that plant be more potent, wouldnt the energy loss/differencial make the plant less potent
maybe not over jsut one small bud but if the whole plant were seeded.

Ok while we are on the topic my friends plant turned out male. Pretty sad i had to tell him the bad news cause he was clueless. But anyways he want to keep it anyway because he's given up for this year.

My question here is there any point keeping a male plant to smoke?
Will it even bud or will he only get leaf?

I told him it's a waste of time keeping a male and to pull it.

The strongest weed I ever smoked was (many years ago) imported from Thailand.
It was heavily seeded, the seeds were all black shiney and 2-3 times larger than normal.
The bud was sticky and greasy with purple stem.
I agree that it is probably the strain grown in optimum conditions that can overpower the rest, whether seeded or not.

pull it males are worthless unles your trying to breed it with a female

but would that particular strain be more potent if it were sensi grown?
im jsut trying to say under optimmum conditions that a seedless str4ain would prove to be better, and he disagres with me.
