good grow ?

Hello, this is my first time growing anything but impatient lol but I planted my seeds (9)days ago and so far this is what they look like. Now as I said im new to this so any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. im growing in MG and using plain tap water they seem to be doing good but once again I am new so is this growth rate healthy and normal? the first two pics are of the (white widow) and second are of my (cotton candy) I know the cc is leaning and looks to be dying but that's because just transferred it but plz all help and knowledge would be appreciated. Honestly learning and growing is fun but im so ready to taste the fruit of my hard labor lol.:bigjoint::leaf:

that was just humor, we kid around here. Pics do bring many more responses. The pic thing is at the top, 3 icons from the right. Click the "upload from computer" tab. Please rotate them if needed first, so we don't have to turn our heads sideways. That's really simple to do in windows live photo gallery. just fyi, sorry if you already know this, you'd be surprised how many sideways pics get posted and ignored.

thanks a ton for the positive reply and help hope I did it correctly and maybe now I can get proper input on my plants

looking good. what kind of light do you have?
honestly im just using sunlight but for the cotton candy I had started it out in the window seal. (stupid I know) but I changed them both to a outdoor grow seeing as how its my first grow and im not wise to the light situation but hope stretching works itself out

hhhmmm...it's kinda late in the season to grow outdoors. you'll need to move them inside when it gets frosty out. if you have a nice bright sunny window they might do ok. i'm wondering about light cycle and how they will respond to all this. these are not autoflowers right?

nope not autoflowering but yea when it gets to cold I know I have to work out a lighting situation just trying see how far they get outdoors. ive did some researching on lights and for each grow stage you need a different light etc nd a fan but I don't wanna raise my light bill to high as I see they require a extensive amount of lighting so deeper in there stages before I can put them under lights I figure the better for both us lol.

Go pull apart a couple old lamps laying around your house and throw some CFL bulbs in them. Make a little box out of a dresser or something like that and put the lights in. Ask a buddy for an old computer since there is 2 fans in there you could pull out and wire up for your circulation and your done. You may notice $20 increase to your utility bill but the yield will be worth it. Even if you break even on your first grow.. The next one you'll have some new ideas you picked up along the way to make it even better. Ill post a pic of a little one I made for the girls when they are about the same size as yours. image.jpg

Wow i must say that's truly amazing and very creative. I will surely be getting straight to work on this. now i know im sure to get stumped on wiring i will surely have to do a lil researching on that but this is something i will surely get to work on because a large yield for the first time would be Great. Thanks for tip and time

You could pick up the reflectors from Lowes,h.d or any hardware store. It comes with the power plug that with a couple y splitters and cfl you can do something good.
