We had our first good rain in a while. 3 1/3 inches so far. Pretty gradual spread out over the whole day. I may can take a day off from watering.
At 2045 it's partly cloudy, 75F with 99% humidity. Forecast low of 71F with 40% chance of rain tonight, 60% tonight and 25% tomorrow. My 10 day has 90's with no rain Wednesday through Friday. But rain and highs in the 80's for the rest.

The river did come up two feet, but it's dropped six inches of that already. The only real problem is the last time they graded the road they didn't pack it. Three inches of rain turns it to mud, then when a truck drives through it has deep ruts. It drys out and makes walking a bitch.

We had some afternoon thunderstorms. Then a few more an hour or two after sunset. 1.33 inches so far, but it's mostly dripping now. At 2300 it's fair, 71F with 93% humidity. Forecast low of 70F with 25% chance of rain tonight, and a high of 92F tomorrow with 60% chance of rain. I have 7 days of possible rain on my 10 day forecast. I'll have to wait and see, but my rainy season my be starting early.

Upper 90s and even the stray 100F reading in northern Colorado over the last week.
Mitigating that is high altitude and relative humidity that can fall below 15%.
And mountains. It makes for a great excuse to head up into the hills, especially to go play in the river!

80's and 90's here in Portland for the next 10 days. No rain and just a few clouds here and there. At least none of the insane temperatures the southwest has been having. We desperately need some rain out west. California is in some real trouble with their water shortage and all of the lakes and reservoirs at or near historic lows. Things are not looking good.

Well, this is our penultimate day of increasing length of day. I'm at 14 hours 7 minutes, with tomorrow being 3 seconds longer.
We've been dealing with the tropical depression all day. At just under half an inch, not as much rain as I would have liked, but what are you going to do? At 2110 it's mostly cloudy, 77F with 87% humidity. Forecast low of 73F with 85% chance of rain tonight, 80% tonight and 50% tomorrow. My 10 day forecast has 10 days of possible rain.

Summertime blues. Almost three inches of rain before breakfast this morning. At 0800 it's raining, 71F with 100% humidity. Forecast high low of 79/71F with 100% chance of rain today, 40% tonight and 70% tomorrow. There are 9 days of possible rain in my 10 day forecast.

Truth. Colorado is kinda weird about the drought; the front range is just fine for water; the Western slope is in deep shit.
