Good nutes to use and when?

Hey everyone,

I got a question about which nutrients to use....in the beggining not knowing there was really any difference I bought Schultz 10-15-10 Plant Food Plus. Is this okay to use? I havent started using it yet but was thinking about using some when I water starting next week. I have 8 plants that are about 3 weeks old and are mostly 7-10 inches tall and range from 5-10 inches in width. When is the appropriate time to start adding nutes? In case it makes any difference this is a soil grow under CFL's and a few florescent tubes. thx

use the schultz for vegging then switch to schultz big bloom for budding. i think thats what its called.
