Good on off timer?

Make sure whatever timer you use is capable of powering high wattage appliances.

Having said that, most timers I have used give up between a few months and a year old anyway.

All the timers I used to buy back in japan lasted 10+ years. One would think they would have just been built in China as well so I don’t know what the difference is but there is one

since coming to America I can’t find a good timer. I’ve had 4 break on me within 4 years. Any good suggestions for timers?
I bought a Vivo sun kit from Amazon, what a great device. I use them with lights and fans plugged into one timer. No issues yet. Good luck on your timer hunt

I have been using a Brinks 42-1020 for over 6 years with little down time between grows. With a 400 and 600 HPS.

I have been using the same inexpensive timer I picked up for christmas lights years back, the kind you push and pull the little pins out, and works fine still.

I use a basic on/off timer.It has a 12/12 button for flowering and a button for 18/6 for grow.
(has a battery backup, so power loss doesn't change times.)

Thanks for all the suggestions, bought a few more and will try the others when these shit the bed. I went through like 19 years with never losing one and a few years of changing them twice a year. Not been a good year. Just this grow my ducting has torn twice. Like shit isn't made like it used to be.
