Good Strains for a 3 x 3 SCROG?

I've got a 4x4 grow area and am planning to make a 3x3 scrog. Lighting is 1 600 watt HID. What is a good strain for a scrog this size? Also, anyone have plans for making a 3x3 SCROG or can point me in the direction of a good link with pictures?

I did a 3x3 scrog with northern lights about a year ago. I made a grow cabinet that was just over 3x3 and had a regular peice of chain link fence that a friend of mine cut to size and re-mounted on those metal strips that made up the outside edge. I grew 4 plants and I think I veged for 8 or 9 weeks in 4 gallon pots. turned out great other than the long veg time.

I think dutch passion orange bud would be an awesome candidate for the scrog. I did alot of low stress training with mine and its looking awesome, so i'm sure it would produce well in a scrog. Just my 2 cents.

I've read that clones are used for SCROG. Is that true? If so, why? Also, can I do a SCROG from seed. What would be the difference?

Scrog from seed is no prob - I did a 2 1/2x 7', soil, organic, 600 w mh/hps with White Widow seeds from Sensible seeds. Made the screen from poultry screen over hydraulic tubing. Awsome results, never weighed, but I cured 16 stuffed 1 qt mason jars.
