Gorilla Glue, G.S.C, Haze, Sour OG, Freebies

I ain't gonna lie ladies (?) And gentlemen, this girl looks just about done. Im sure at this point she'll only throw out more nanners.
I'm going to check trichs tonight but i still want atleast some lime green leaves or whatever color the strain happens to turn.
I tried one of the small buds that fell of and its very crazy tgat it could be so smooth yet so "green" with no cure and not even a proper dry. It did have the green flavor of chlorophyll but it wasn't overwhelming. And look at that ash!

I honestly couldn't believe it's so white. It means my buds aren't packed with nutes or whatever makes ur ashes black or just really dark grey. I'd like a fluffier ash but that'll come with a nice cure .. im might just water as long as I can stand it but everything would be fine if she went now. She isnt fattening like the other probably focusing on nanners now and I stopped all nutes and over drive. I'll try another 5 to 8 days of water only BUT that all depends on what the trichs say.. I suspect, the say " SMOKE ME " lol

I also want to go organic .. it is possible in coco with dry amendments not sure about dwc tho.
And will do, ill take pics of each plant as soon as they get chopped. Going to check trichs on the aurora now since I overlooked it last night. Got about 2 weeks left on this grow ( hopefully )

I suppose you could do it with an aquaponic setup, but I don't think it'd provide the same results as growing in living soil. The big Issue I've had with aquaponics is getting it dirty enough to feed the plants. I constantly have to supplement mag and cant feed the fish enough. This is just with tomatoes and basil and such, Cannabis is a hungry lady!
Either way, best way to start organics is get your media started months ahead of time, you can mix a supersoil and be off and running but wont see the balance of the developed food soil web. Just like conditioning a fish tank, the bacterial population needs time to develop.
The Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) thread over in the organics section is a great resource. There is a lot of info there and the important thing to remember is that you don't NEED to do all that stuff. Good dirt, add worms, add fungi, add bacteria, top dress some kelp or whatever and it'll work. Everything after that is just making it better.
I have half empty jars of nutes and blooms and such that are gathering dust. I don't buy anything aside from rock dust or kelp or predator mites and such. It's self regulating, no ph'ing or tds needed.
Only downside is that I've had a minor fungus gnat issue that's been ongoing. Never an infestation, they are just there. Perhaps as my soil matures the nematodes will handle that.

Trichomes seem to be saying " gimme another week or two will ya? ".. a few ambers here and there not much on the clear side at all but like 80 to 90% milky. It's an indica so taking her down with mostly milky will lessen the couch lock effect. She just isnt packing it on the way I know she could.. I suppose I just want to chop something but im kinda sick of having this lady on the side of my tent. She's smelly as well so it isnt ideal.. to chop or not to chop? Hmm

I'll update you guys on the other plants tonight or tomorrow. For now, ill say they're looking really good. The over drive seems to be doing its job. Calyxs are swollen and foxtails are forming. I did, however, notice a few seeds . I think i saw 3 or 4. Honestly I kind of see this as a good thing. When we're talking less than (im assuming) 10 seeds, its not going to affect things all that much.. seeds by the hundreds? Yeah, ur kinda fucked.. It's to the point where i can see the spots that were pollinated and it isnt a staggering amount. Plus these genetics are bomb so I wouldnt have it any other way! I'm looking on the bright side of this thing. They just need to mature. From looks alone is say they'll be viable im 2 to 3 weeks and that's when harvest is. Could it be?..........fate?

Was there an environmental reason that caused the herm? If not, I wouldn't perpetuate those genetics.

for that one plant there was. She was stressed toward the end and a light fell on her and I found two pinholes(light leaks)in the back where she was. Her mother was sensitive to nutes and knowing this i still gave her full strength like everything else. Probably Could be got away with half strength but was to last to make 2 separate servings of water at diff strengths. With that, id say there were a few environmental factors lol.. the plant these came from did have nanners at the end but it was like 2 or 3 at the very end unlike this one. I think the beans are going to be something nice! BUT as we growers know, nothingis garunteed and only time will tell

Well in that case, hell yeah I'd run em. Have some s1d gorrila Cookie's I'm flowering now that was from when I learned about spider mites lol.

That sounds like a helluva strain and man those things are a huge pain.

I think the pollination is kind of my fault!
Bananas dont shoot pollen, so i think i was too much of a busy bee and just had a feild day fondling my buds. That's y theres only one or two and they are so randomly placed..
Plus I only see seeds on top and i looked at lower buds. I only ever touch all the top buds. I could be wrong but nanners dont usually shoot pollen to the other side of the tent. It can happen but they work a lil differently than the sac full of pollen that bursts open. Nanners or the things inside the sac. So it's usually a bundle of them ,in a sac, naking pollen until the sac bursts open, releasing said pollen. There's no bundles here, and no full sacs. It happens on a much smaller scale with nanners.

The plants got their final dose of base nutrients today. Tomorrow we'll just be doing Molasses, Floraliscious +, and A.N Overdrive for the remainder of that week. The following Monday I will use florakleen and then water only until 48hrs dark period and chopping time

DAY 42 OF FLOWER

2 weeks left. The last weeks go sooo slooow. I'm patiently waiting bit I'm ready to harvest. Unfortunately they come down when THEIR ready

When life deals u a shitty hand, do you harvest early? So i called in from work cause my car's overheating. *LOSING MONEY* . Getting it fixed tomorrow which i just called in for that. *LOSING MORE NONEY* . paid for a diagnostic, and I need all new radiator lines. Pretty easy, or so I thought. Come to find out he parts can only be bought from the dealer. So i purchase and get them all shipped over night. From this point half my savings are gone. I get quoted for tomorrows labor and wouldn't you know it, there goes the other half of my savings. Also rent and everything else is due which clears my checking account, leaving me Completely broke. I say all that to say i clearly wont be purchasing anything to medicate with . I'm thinking of chopping early because of this. Like asap kind of early? Do you all think this is a good idea or is patience and being completly S.O.L still golden here?

This definitely seems like a good option . I do have one plant that started shooting pollen sacs and I removed it from the tent and started a flush last week. It's probably the least quality of the 3 strains so harvesting her now wouldn't be so crushing to my spirit. I might put her in her dark period right now since she's had that week of flushing. I'm a lil pisses about all this but when u have a family and a job to get to, what are ya gonna do. Shit happens, we clean it up, have a sesh and move on.
