I agree with courage to grow. If you have 1 male/ 1 female i then i would say the top is fem. But I don't really see any signs of sex on the 2nd pic. If you are growing 2 different strains or even if they are the same strain but have had different conditions & stress then it's possilbe that the 1st is fem & the 2nd is also fem but just hasn't shown it yet. There is no hurry to yank that plant out of the ground yet if it hasn't shown more signs of sex than that.
Like courage said, put the light @ 12/12 & give it some time. if little "balls" (pollen sacs) start showing up it's a male but it will not polinate your fem until those little balls open up. once a male shows definite signs of sex you will have plenty of time to get rid of it. But based on that 2nd pic i'm not convinced that's a male. Maybe you will be lucky & have 2 fems. If they've been grown under same conditions & are same strain then it's likely a male, but I say be 100% sure b4 you yank it.
