Got a few questions

Ok well i want a small grow maybe 2 max i cant go to all out so this is what im workin with...

i got a 5'ft x 2'ft 8'in wood box closed in

1 75 watt fluorscent bulb 1,100lumens..

2 60 watt fluorescent bulbs
800lumens ea. so 1,600 lumens

So i got total of 2,700lumens on 2 plants to much or not enough?

Small fan i dont know what kind yet still lookin and thinkin.

Do i need air inside it? Or just have a lil fan blowin in?

I got seed startin soil, idk to much it says good for roots. Figure by the time it goes to flowering it just be dirt with the food im giving it... i got 10-15-10... Is that good food for flowering or do i need better?

Not enough. You need a minimum of 3000 lumens per square foot, 5000 lumens per square foot recommended. Yes you need air inside it, as well as the fan. The food you have will do for flowering, but not for veg. Don't give your plant any food at all until it's at least three weeks old.
