Got my first microscope, so here is a question, what is on this leaf

Trich's or stomata I'd imagine. Everything is gonna look a little weird under a microscope, how strong is it 30x- 60x? Wait until you see bugs under it they look alien.
 
That's the top of the leaf right? The large bumps are trichomes in the early stage of development. Stomata are on the under side of the leaf.
