What exactly is on this test? I want to go ahead and study now.

Hands by your side, look straight up and close your eyes. If the eyelids flutter they now have probable cause (eyelids won't do it with alcohol but will with pot and a few other things).

That doesn't seem very scientific. I bet that is easy to get thrown out of court.

i've been sober for days, and mine allways flutter if i try to do that.... who the hell comes up with this shit?? its just a bullshit excuse to fabricate "probable cause".... like in my state; something hanging from your rearview mirror is now probable cause to search your vehicle... where the logic is in that, i have no idea...
