Got too much weed?

Same issue over here. I enjoy growing it just as much as I enjoy smoking and gifting it. My solution is composting any extra and feeding it back to the next round of plants.

I like to have more than I need because you never know what could happen with a grow
New genetics that aren't good...(hermies, bad taste, fluffy buds) bugs, mold ... I mean the list of bad shit is endless..... It's nice to have something to fall back on ...just in case. Plus making shit is fun. I'm learning how to make diamonds and I've 'wasted' alot of rosin but I could care less really. Nice to feel that way instead of relying on a single run.

I use to do 2-3 tent grows and an outdoor grow for the first couple years I started growing after legalization. I was also about to head into some wrist surgery and wanted a supply for the months ahead. Past 2 years I just do an outdoor and indoor grow at the same time and have more than enough for year. I too like giving it away for people who need it and have done so for a few co-workers already. I also had a neighbourhood Xmas party that we’ve been doing for almost 40yrs now. I made a mason jar of 12 samples of my grow as a present and called it “The 12 Bowls of Xmas” I also really wanna hand out some weed to my recycling guys when they come around tomorrow as a Xmas gift (already give them a pop every week) You know they would probably want it cause a ton came by my pot store when I use to work there. I think from my tent and outdoor plants, I came out with between 5-6lbs of buds

It sounds like you possibly overestimated the amount you needed and ended up with excess.

Bubble gets better tasting over time. I'm not so sure about sift? Dude could make up a bunch of temple balls for long term storage.
There's so much that can be done with that weed. Shame to throw it out.

If its well made and stored right its great ive smoked dry sift thats older than me (dads stash many moons ago lol) and that was still good long as its in a airtight container it keeps well and yeah temple balls improve with time
