Grandaddy purple not changing to purple

Just the color, seeing as it’s my first grow, didn’t know what to expect. Smell is on spot, taste I imagine will follow.

The pics I shared above show a genetic purple trait, specifically from a Durban Poison phenotype found in a seed, though the pictured plant is a cross of Dutch Passion (mother) with Kwazulu (father). The similarity in the structure of the the progeny and the mother and the way it purpled, combined with the fact that other DP’s grown alongside the mother didn’t purple, and Kwazulu(KZ) only gets a different shade of purple from being cold, I’m positive it’s a phenotype in this one.

) pine-solvent, with a little berry funk coming through in the DPKZ from the father.
And yeah- you got weeks to go, and yes cold should help purple yours, though I’m not sure if/how that would affect flavoroma(tm)

Sometimes cold temperatures will trigger purple coloring. Try leaving the window open at night in your grow room. Also not every phenotype of a strain will turn purple.

Yes purps may come at end or not at all. I found a purple plant out of seeds that nowhere in the description mentioned purp. Glueberry muffin, from destiny's exotic genetics.

Just because it's called gdp does not automatically mean it will purple ,not without dropping temps only odd ones do on there own,I have a stardawg at the minute that is just starting to show signs of color .All down to temps dropping out side,just left fans on during lights off plus inlet bringing colder air in has made it start to purple.Looking forward to next one,should be colder so more color.
