that's the only advantage I can c with ordering seeds is variety. Everytime I've offered I've used that worldwide marijuana seeds, its also called single seed centre. I don't think its really a rip off cause seed prices range from 3 bucks for a regular seed and they have some seeds for like 20. On the feminized seed, they says it'll only produce female but of course some can hermie. Now a lot of seed companies won't do anything if one is a bad seed and doesn't sprout since they sell them as "souvenirs" but I've heard nirvana has good customer service on things like that and will most of the time replace. Only thing I hate is shipping. Its 16 bucks an order but it guarantees it will get there and like last time my 2 free seeds equalled around 35 bucks so they kinda compensate for that. I love it cause if it wasn't for seed banks I'd have to buy this Mexi dirt that's always up here. But man this lemon skunk has got me addicted to growin for sure. Its some bomb ass smoke. Hell yea bro u got another visitor now u don't have to hear just my ramblings lol

Mine was about a week or so into flower when it started showing his ballz - I cut it out of there before it could do any damage to my Blue Venom and Kandy Kush. I only had the one Rocklock though - the 5 BV and 1 KK were all galz.

Yeah, I'm up in Canada - I haven't trimmed any of the lower growth from under my scrog yet, but the small stuff looks like it would provide a good dozen decent clones. I may just root 'em out after I clean up that lower-growth in order to get some cloning 'practice' - any who knows, maybe someone around here will want them once they have roots, or maybe I'll plant 'em outside! (lol..yeah right - I wish!)

As for precautinary measures - I'm not really sure. I don't recall putting any stress on mine other than some unknowingly high pH'd rainwater - I don't know what my 'runoff rainwater' had in it, but I struggled a bit with some early yellowish leaves on most of the plants in that grow-round...but now that I'm 'converted' to hydro-waterfarm growing, I don't think I'll do a soil grow again for awhile - so nice not to have to worry about PITA dirt..lol Check out my TD grow - top-link in my sig. MAY 14...update day 9 from clone...(kind of)

ok so as whoever is reading this already knows, i had an original 2 clones (rocklock and grapefruit haze) i planted into soil and threw under my cfl sprouting light fixture, then i added a LA CHEESE a few days later, well now, and this is it...my last clone i got is a SILVER Diesel...so now i have four clones, all at different ages but whatever...heres some pics...


the grapefruit haze that hasnt been topped or anything, just growing super fast...

Hey bro, that diablo og looks awesome. Some really sweet buddage imo. Damn I wish I had the smoke u do now lol. And the variety u got vegging, its a fuckn ganja buffet. Everything looks great, I'm thinking about upgrading to a 400 even tho I'm not the best of growers I figure doing that will hopefully make up for it a little ha ha

dude, growing is super simple, i swear, if u wanted to bust with the 400 or even cfl id give u as much help as possible, im a new grower as well but to be honest its very easy, ofcourse my set up is more of a hobby/personal grow but the concept stays the same...im a firm believer that all these new growers who fuck up are the ones who get tooo technical, i see growers on here that are all stressed over PH and runoff PH, PPM,rain water, this that , etc,... dude to be honest when i first did it i was also very particular about the specifics but after u see the leaves stay green and strong u kinda get the hang of it, at first i was only using distilled water and checking PH and everything, obviously thats a good thing but now all i do is use fox farm ocean forest soil, tap water, no nutes during veg,a light, and make sure your humidity is anywhere between 35%-65%, temps between 72-84 farenheit and most important IMO, KEEP THE AREA CLEAN and have good air transfer...ive seen the absolute most experienced growers on here tell thousands of dudes "its just a weed, it will grow"...and theyre right...mother nature doesnt have a PH tester or PPM meter or all that shit,lol.. its a very resilient plant...ive actually seen guys do real good with just using CFLs too, man im telling you, that fuckin turkey pan hood thing i made makes those plants grow so fuckin fast, i bet you could flower so good with that thing...just change the bulb colors when u go 12/12

Oh shit man u made ur cfl hood outta a turkey pan lol, that's genius man. I'm currently running another lemon skunk clone and an Eva female veneno. My link is in the sig. I have a 250 watt mh/hps. I've grown many bagseed out and they all stayed good and green unless I overwatered and then like u said above, I got these good genetics seed and it just seems like either they're more finicky or I've gotten too technical. My temps and humidity r there for sure I just can't get the yield I want. My first, I guess u can say "real" grow was last September with the skunk. I've pulled 20 grams off the first and 23 on the clone of it. Everyone says yield is so low due to me using mg but I believe dirts dirt. I mean even when the plants don't look there best I still love it and always will. Its an awesome hobby. That's all I do is grow for personal use/ hobby. Sorry bro, wake and bake got me goin lol, but check out my grow if ud like. I appreciate all tips/comments/suggestions

MAY 15...UPDATE DAY 10 from clones...


ITS A BEAUTIFUL MORNING, i woke up hungover but i pulled myself to the cabinet for some great news, after transferring the clones from under the cfl turkey pan hood down into the cabinet they started to wilt just a tiny bit (i guess they were getting accustomned to the new 400 watts of MH), but now i see the clones have really picked up and i finally get the full steam ahead feeling...clockwise from top left, the rocklock has recovered beautifully from the topping and hormones of the plant is back in full grow potential IMO...the grapefruit haze in the upper right hasnt been topped or anything and is just so robust and full, i love it....the lower right is the silver diesel thats staying green so i know its alive (planted in dixie cup from clone yesterday)...the LA cheese is bottom left, new growth and i pulled the plant a little up and the roots are so white and have totally covered teh inside of the cup...im getting a new bag of FFOF in like an hour and gonna transplant her...i took these pictures on purpose if u look closely....u can see what i mean when i say they were droopy after the transplant...look especially closely at the grapefruit haze on upper right in pictures 3 and the in pictures 4 and 5...i took a pic yesterday and then again this morning... picture 5 was taken 5 minutes ago, see what i mean?

i saw a little bit of the journal and the pics. its fun to go back and see the progress, haha. yea man, the whole growing thing is a neverending learning curve...if u had access to better soil though i would do it, to be honest. my grower friend of mine switched from mg to FF and u can really tell the differnce..

That's the thing that sucks. Its either miracle gro or something else with time release nutes. I even went as far as askin local nurseries what they had and if they'd special order but itd cost me 40 bucks to get 1.5 cf of the ffof

i didnt germinate, i purchased clones from a local clinic because im a california legal medical marijuana patient...i purchased the clones from a local clinic that were like 3 inches tall already...but they went straight from rockwool cubes to foxfarm ocean forest soil and a light watering immediately...

Man I searched for about 5 hours today tryin to find somewhere with some ffof and FINALLY, after calling every retailer they have within like 200 miles I stumbled on one that's an hour away. Now I'm like fuck yea. Hopefully I get to run and get some this wkend to start me some new babies. I may not try the swap to dwc now

at the local grow store it was i think 15 bucks a bag??...i dunno, i bought 4 bags (3 for a friend) just 2 days ago and it came out to 65 w tax...


im gonna post a update soon, the 4 plants are still small, 8" max or so but they are so absolutely healthy that i gotta show you guys...in the mean time look at this picture i took in my truck driving down the street the other day, it was such a beautiful day i had to take a "cali love" photo...

Man that pic makes me wanna go to cali. You kno ill b checkin the update. I love lookn at plants, veg or flower. 15 bucks for a bag of that is a hell of a lot better than payin 7 or 8 for shitty mg lol
