UPDATE week 5.5 of flowering...
so i decided to a quick little update since im just chillin at the pad staying cool and outta the sun (so cal)....the plants are all doing pretty good, the most important thing is that i have recieved a very special gift in the mail a few hours ago....
1x super lemon haze (fem)
1x vanilla kush (fem)
1x pineapple chunk (fem)
1x lemon skunk (fem) free
1x ladyburn 1974 (fem) free
as far as the plants go i have had minor on and off problems with heat a couple weeks ago (problem solved) and my LA CHEESE plant which at one time i thought was gonna be the best by far has gone into 2nd place, it seems she had a hard time dealing with the heat and dried up, i fixed my temps but she didnt rebound as much as i would have liked, so since my new seeds are here i think im gonna harvest the la cheese a little early to hurry up and clear the cabinet out for the new grow. shes leaning in the shower cause i just fklushed the soil and fed with a water/molasses feeding. i will probably feed with nothing but water and molasses for a week or so then pull her, i know its early but i dont mind, she has decent nugs and i could use some smoke.
this is the silver diesel, she is a complete monster as u can see. shes very healthy but for some reason i dont like her buds, its a very sativa rich plant and her nugs are forming beautifullly but arent covered in triches nor are they sticky, which is what i like. she has a very spicy almost pepper like smell and im kinda whatever about her, if she starts getting all juicy and sticky id be stoked though because u see how big she is, ill let u guys know as soon as i find out anything myself...
this is my crown jewel, the grapefruit haze, at first i was just interested how likeable the plant grew but as of right now she is truly the bomb, she totally reeks like grapefruit, the smell takes over anywhere she goes, super sticky, super juicy, everything, i have finally just recently been able to take decent pics of the main cola because they were shrouded in leaves but believe me guys, this plant is literally almost ALL bud, the huge cola the 5 or 6 huge nugs on the side. if EVERY plant grew like this and just were different strains life would be good. my girlfriend is gonna let me borrow her high end digital camera for harvest pics and youll see what i mean...

Been taking down little notes and tips as I am planning to start growing my first plant soon - Never done it before so I am starting from scratch, but I love everything about the herb and I can see myself growing it it for the rest of my life lol
