Greasy trichomes?

Anyone get this? I’ve had it only once before but the trichomes are like a lubricant when u give it a rub. No stickiness at all. Feels like oil.

Is it common?

Yes its common, depends on the strain really, I wouldn't worry too much though, that plant is looking great! Wait til it's cured and I'll bet you wouldn't know the difference.

See I distinctly remember the other oily plant I grew would lube up my grinder lol She’s very very pungent in the lemon department! Should be a tasty smoke

Some plants are more terp dominant than others. You really see the difference doing concentrates with different strains. Some come out soupy with a lot of terpenes and other more like glass shatter doing the exact same procedure.

I love the greasy plants. I think it has something to do with the trics not being ripe yet. Usually it's not as greasy towards the end I find and more sticky
