Ya....i only have a 4x4 to veg in with a sf 1000 on it and it's tight in there right now Have 11 fully grown in there waiting for the flower tent that's 1-2 weeks out. I spent all my money on the 1000s with xxxl hoods for flower. Lol Hopefully I'll be buying a new house soon and I'll have more room!

Always heard it was good to keep them out of direct light until they were growin good. Thoughts?

I sprout seeds under a 315cmh running 24 hours. Granted, I keep it as high as it goes in my 3x3 but its still a lotta light.

I'm gonna pop the rest of the pack. I asked glg what there germ method is. Waiting on response. Ya it's a competition now. Gotta see if I can pull anything decent from those 2 forsure. I have a chem cookie trip from useful in right now it was a runt and I was gonna toss it. I just stuck it in the back corner was busy and I wish I had taken a clip from it. It's super duper frosty and has an amazing sweet smell I can't describe. These 2 will probably be the best of the bunch.lol

This is Bad Dawg
I skuff all my seeds. I rap the in side of a pill bodle with 100 grit sand paper. I them put the seeds in the container and shake them until I can see a seam all the way around the seed.
I do this because the less energy the seed has to spend getting out of the shell the more energy it has to get started. I then soak the seeds in water for about 24 hours. I like to see a tail, but some seed don't pop a tail for several days.
I use tap water. But I have lived in the same house for 37 years and plants love my well water. I prefer to go right into dirt. I use my own organic dirt mix, and make it lighter than normal for the seeds,
I use to use Organicare, but they sold out this year to Monsanto. So I am using Green Gro organic. I have used a little of their gear last year and was very happy. And the out door garden is loving it so far this year.
Some times I use a rooting cube ,but the cube is still put into a dirt pot that time.
I do this on older seeds (rare) so I can easily ck the seed. If they do not pop I will crack them with my finger nails.

They go right under either a T5 or a 400 watt MH. With a fan on them (a a low speed) from before the pop up. That all makes for great steams and stout plants.

Ya I placed my big ass order at GLG as well!!!! Got to the final page after putting in my shipping info ,and like you they said same thing no CC .But instead of letting my small pecker complex get the best of me,I did what I was informed I had to do.I am disgusted at there service!!! I live in Canada ,AKA other side of the i invisible /not so invisible line lol and I worked long and hard to save that money for this order /from this small fAmily operated gem of a seedbank!!! T hat amount is substantial to say the least to me and my fam ,and I did not bat an eye at the thought of taking the long way around to send my end and receive there's .So much so that I actually ripped them off 30 dollars due to me being a little too NoN chilant lol hence the 15 emails lol girlfriend fhcked it up sending the balance and would have seemeed that it wasn't going to get there either ,but low and behold ,they took my word for it and had sent out everything long before I even sent the balance,they took my word for it that I w as good for it!!!!! And I was!!!! Anyone who would trade that close knit commradory kinda thing that's going on here is someone that I'm sure this crew of Hippys At Heart can do without !!!!!!
