Hello, I'm in the same boat as a lot of you. I placed an order a month ago when he had a sale. I know people who have been waiting since the beginning of September and some even longer than that. I assumed everything was back to normal because he was having a sale, guess I was wrong. Just curious, when you contacted your CC company, what did you say you tried to buy? I'm at the point of calling mine. I've had to do chargebacks with other scammers and my CC company has asked me what I was trying to buy each time.

I told mine that it was dietary supplements. Seemed easy enuf. They wont be able to contact him so they credit you back.

It's not hard to come up with a story. I'm probably gonna tell them it's for clothing since he has a clothing / merchandise site for a front.

I got an email saying my order is complete. Does that email come when your order is confirmed as paid?
I can't remember at this point. It's been a while and I delete the emails once I get my order

That means he has it packaged and ready to ship. Usually after getting that email, you'll get an email within 24 hours from the "order is complete" with a tracking number. When did you order? Just wondering how far backed up he is on packages.

A month and a half ago.
Hopefully you're right about receiving tracking shortly after.

I wouldn't order from this guy for the time being at least. You don't wanna end up in this position. The lack of communication is dumbfounding.

This is most likely my last order with GLO unless he wins me over with a shit load of freebies or something.

Customer service is non-existent at this point and even back when he responded to emails it was pretty bad.

Thanks for the reply, my order was from a little over a month so hopefully I'll get my 'order complete' email soon so I don't have to call my cc company.
