Green mold growing on soil?

Hey all, just popped my first seeds about 10 days ago. I've only started from clone prior, and only once at that.

These cups are filled with 70% ProMix, 15% Coco, 15% Perlite (roughly) which I amended with Grean Bicycles Ocean Bounty. I mixed up at 25 gallons worth and added in 2 gallons of their Happy Endings tea to start the composting, it sat for about 48 hours before I filled the cups. Nothing else in there. I watered them initially, then popped the seeds in as to not knock them loose. After a couple days with plastic wrap on top of them, I removed the wrap once I saw green. It's been about a week since I removed the wrap. I watered initially only using a spray bottle of pH 6.5 RO water, just enough to wet the top of the soil. I watered them last night as they were feeling kind of light, only added enough so that I had very little drainage from the bottom of the cups.

Anyone have any idea what this is? and if I have to worry?

Looks like it's algae? I'm going to remove it. It's pretty humid in the propagation area. 80F/80%RH. Any tips for removing properly? Most of what I found online refers to cleaning hydroponics gear etc, it doesn't focus on removing from top soil.

Probably just algae. You can try to scrape the top layer off and top with fresh mix if you can. Otherwise, just let it dry out, it doesn't need to stay this wet at this point. Let dry, water enough for a touch of run off, let dry.

Thanks bro. I will scrape it off and add a little soil on top. I am going to wait for a full dry before next water. It is very humid in there so maybe it wasn't as dry as I thought... I did a lift test to see. I have a cup with soil that is unwatered that I compare to, felt pretty close... Honestly just scared that if I don't water them in time they'll die. They seem so fragile lol.

No worries. Algae. Reduce the humidity. You can scrape it off. But it will grow back in the current conditions. Also the over watering can cause root rot and attract fungus gnats. Put some airflow on them o dry the soil surface.
