i was under the impression that portland had mmj but didn't have dispensary's? can you speak more on this because my buddy said that there could be no exchange of money even if it was for time and effort? but he moved from there about a year ago so did the laws change?

Currently smoking on some of this exact bud right now. Picked it up in Portland too, must be the same stuff. I can witness for this bud, it is some fire herb. Kept me stoned for about an hour and a half, and my tolerance is decently high. The stone crept up on me, but hit me in the face! Just the kind of buzz I like! I've definitely seen better dank around Oregon, but I would rate this stuff about at a solid 8/10. The smell isn't room filling or necessarily strong, but upon cracking open one of the perfect xmas tree buds, your nostrils are taken for a ride. Skunky undertones and an earthy dominant smell.
