Anyone can throw their 2 cents in. All the newgrowth shows as the light coloured leaves.

If that's an LED light, which it looks like, can you take pics with normal light? LED can make plants look weird to begin with. Sometimes my girls look dark green under my full-spectrum LED, but under a normal LED or normal light they're the proper shade of green.

What V was attempting to say is that he thinks the purple in your stem's is from the temp drop at night. And/or, you don't have a problem as that is "normal"....

Lets see here,,,,mum,mum,mum.....about 64 at night and 76 at day time......Yeah that could be the thing doing it alright.....
But really....It's nothing to worry about!!!

I might not have done as much topping as you (as shown in pic. 1,,you topped it and got only a single shoot, so what was the purpose there?) as I might lean more towards the plant is stressing to catch up from all the topping, being in that small a pot for the plant size......So ,, I would up pot to the next size at least with that one.....

But again, the purple stems are not really a problem.....Let the plant spread some feet and unstress awhile.

Its been topped 4 times for a total of 16 tops plus side branches. Shes going to have all the room she needs very shortly as shes going outside.

Yeah but no yellowing of leaves at all. Everything is healthy but the stems

The read coloring in the stems is anthocyanin, or common food coloring or (K) bottom line, growing your plant involves 3 simple steps supply light, heat and nute in (N), (P) and (K) if you can't keep up the heat then you are gonna loose one of those three, in this case its always(K) first, seen by the abundance of red in the stem
I can assume that the temps you supplied are in Celsius, in which case you are way too cold, minimum is 27c/80F and 22C/75F is good, add some warm white cfl's is the cheap way of increasing temps, leave the RH for another day?

No matter the size of the plant......The nutrient mix remains the same.....You see, your going to give a larger plant more mix then you would as a small one...understand?

Ssshhh, you should whisper when you say AN around here......:fire:

For the most part V is correct! I might not worry about the temps yet...and 80 is the high max with out Gassing Co2.......your present temps are fine ,,,,, I'll bet the swing will increase some when outside anyway......don't add K to attempt to correct it.....It's fine the way it is.
