Greenhouse Seed Co. Trainwreck grow, will this work?

So its my second grow, but first in soil. I went DWC first grow and decided it was too complicated, I didn't have a great first harvest and decided to go to soil for simplicity.
I'm gonna put my babies into 4 inch pots, and then move to 5 gal. buckets.

I have a few questions, do I transplant the girls into the 5 gal. buckets when its time to start flowering? If so, do I use a different soil mixture for flowering? Or do I move to bigger pots way before flowering?

Right now, I've got 10 TW seeds started in Root Riot seedling starter cubes, and I'm going to the store tomorrow to pick up soil, nutes, and pots. Will yall tell me if this process will work?

transplant cubes into 4 inch pots with a mix of
50% FFOF
30% Earthworm Castings
20% perlite

No nutes for veg, but when it comes time to flower I know I'll need some nutes. Can I use the same soil mix and just add flowering nutes? Thats what I'd like to do for simplicity sake, learning curve you know...

One more total NEWB question: can someone recommend a good line of nutes?

Thanks for checking this out

IF YOUR NOT PLANNING ON VEGGING VERY LONG THAT WILL WORK, BUT YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PLANTS TO BECOME ROOT BOUND.

I NORMALLY TRANSPLANT A WEEK OR SO BEFORE FLOWERING SO THE PLANTS RECOVER FROM THE SHOCK AND AREN'T INTERUPTED DURING FLOWERING.

50% FFOF
30% Earthworm Castings
20% perlite
I WOULD CHANGE YOUR MIX TO 60% FFOF, 20% EWC, AND 20% PERLITE. AND GET SOME DOLOMITE LIME AND ADD AT 2 TBS/ GALLON OF SOIL MIX

No nutes for veg, but when it comes time to flower I know I'll need some nutes. Can I use the same soil mix and just add flowering nutes?

YES YOU CAN USE THE SAME SOIL MIX. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT ORGANIC AND EXTREMELY EASY USE:
1 CAPFUL (5-1-1) FISH EMULSION
I CAPFUL (0-0-1) NEPTUNES HARVEST SEAWEED OR MAXICROP LIQUID SEAWEED
MIX WITH 1 GALLON OF WATER FOR VEG

1 TBS (2-3-1) NEPTUNES HARVEST FISH/SEAWEED
MIX WITH 1 GALLON OF WATER FOR EARLY FLOWERING

1 TBS (2-4-1) NEPTUNES HARVEST FISH
MIX WITH 1 GALLON OF WATER FOR MID-LATE FLOWERING

THAT IS EXTREMELY SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE, AND ORGANIC.

Watch your % of worm casting....the Bible suggests not going over 20% on account of it making the soil dense and heavy which makes it hard for new roots to penetrate......love worm castings, definitely one of the best soil amendments there is.
