Hey everyone!
Just wanted to pop in and say what's up. We're in the process of acquiring caregiver's licenses in MA and looking to meet some patients and caregivers alike! We will be offering some bomb flower, extracts, delicious edibles (namely chocolate chip cookies, brownies, cakes, and whatever else you want!), and some non alcohol based tinctures. We hope to connect with many of you in the future and continue to promote this revolutionary plant and medicine!

Not sure what you are talking about. As of 5/24/13 the MA DPH is only allowing a caregiver to legally have one patient. Better read the rules before you end up in trouble

Under the new laws in Ma. a care giver can have 1 patient...Careful how you respond now to people wanting medicine..they will have stings out now an arrest you for distributiing to a non patient....No trading medicine between caregivers either....When the MMJ dispenceries open ..caregivers will close to history except for a family member...Time to stand up an fight for our rights

Not sure what you're talking about, we're just looking to TALK to some cannabis enthusiasts and discuss what kind of medicine people are gravitating towards offering.

Seems more like trying to make connections than seeing whats out there. good luck with your ventures.

Akms1127 yeah man be careful, there is no donating, giving away, or "offering" as you put it. Trust me, i do not agree with it.
But its just the way this fucked up state is. They don't want us helping each other. All they want is to charge us up the ass for what they say is "medical grade pot"

The laws are indeed iffy, but anyone who is in the seat of a prosecutor (police enforcement) take edibles much less seriously than if we were talking about large amounts of medicine. They see medicine as something so high in demand on the streets that of course they have to go after anyone who is selling to people without licenses. However, when they see edibles, they know that the demand is much higher for patients, and it even seems much less harmful.
