The cheap plastic grinder that came with my Mighty+ vaporizer was unable to handle some frosted Wedding Crasher, so now in the market for a grinder. Seems like you can't go wrong with either then Herb Ripper or Brilliant Cut - other than cost, any reason NOT to pick up the Herb Ripper? I very much like the idea of stainless steel.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah the volcano cheap plastic grinders sucks I've had like 3 ironically I've got a cheap grinder in my collection that's plastic yet has survived 17 years outlived the head shop it came from and god knows how many metal ones I recently got my mum the mamba V2 electric grinder there pretty good as electric ones go btw I'd maybe look into those

Shark tooth grinders last for decades and they only cost a few quid, that's all I need but its not say I wouldn't buy a quality one if it done something more.

They're light for carrying and they're a decent 2" diameter with knurling around the rims for a good grip.

I posted this with the original post so after posting I cleaned it up

I dowsed it in isopropyl and left in a bag overnight it's easy cleaned and still going strong today.

Back when I first got my "medical" card....lol....I figured I'd better go all-in and get all the cool components for the modern smoking experience. At the time, the Mendo Mulcher was one of the coolest-looking grinders, so I bought one. mendo-mulcher-1-75-inch-4-piece-grinder-300x372.jpg

I think I used it a few times, but, in the end, the weed was too sticky and got all gummed up in the teeth so I decided that scissor-trimming worked even better, so I bought some nice scissors. slick.jpg

Mostly, now, I just carefully break off little "budlets" and use them in my snap bowl. As little handling of the material as possible seems to allow the greatest preservation of trichomes.
