Grow 2 separate Strains

Is it ok to grow 2 separate types of strains in the same grow tent?

Pretty sure its ok - just wanted to check on forum thanks

Issues...will be height differences if sativa dom and one indica dom
Nutrient requirements aren't the same..neither is water uptake
Especially later in flower

Yes its done all the time..If not in the same pot its pretty easy but a hassle

totally doable. You can use a screen to control stretching. You don't have to scrog it. But use it to keep the canopy somewhat even as things start to stretch through it.

For soil, no problems aside from height differences, for hydro may have problems due to each strain having diff needs of nute ppm's.

My first grow and I picked a Sativa dominant and an Indica dominant. They were about 30 inches tall when I started to flower. The Indica finished at 40" and the Sativa at 60". I was perplexed at how I was going to give them even light as they grew. I had elaborate Rube Goldberg style contraptions in swimming my mind, I was ready to go to the hardware store when I shared my problem with my wife she said "why don't you just put something under the short plant to make it taller. I said that's a stupid idea, then proceeded to find something to elevate the plant.

It will be fine

LOL good story. Which strains did you end up going with for Satica dominant and Indica dominant? Just curious.
