Yes that should be adequate .Would you say a 2 gal is enough for her ?
The bigger the root space the bigger the buds.Just went and got 2 bags of MG super bloom and 1 bag of perlite enough to fill up 2 3gal pots which is all i have i cant imagine why a bigger pot would hurt lol
I have vertical space for days and once my plants get higher than the Y-splitters then ill have pretty good width for them to fill up . Hopefully the 150 plus the 120 cfl watts is enough for 2 autosGrowing 2 and having some small parts that aren't in the best light is better than growing 1 and having unused space.
Just imo of course.
If you have a proper footprint the 150w HPS alone would be enough. Your 150w puts out about 20,000-24,000 lumens. 10,000 per foot is basically ideal. You wouldn't have any problems with just the 150w and not even worrying with the CFLs if you kept an even canopy for even coverage.I have vertical space for days and once my plants get higher than the Y-splitters then ill have pretty good width for them to fill up . You might still use a couple for the seedlings and turn off your HPS to save some electricity. Seedling really don't need much more than 13-26w for the first couple days, and too much can actually hurt them until they harden off and toughen up a little.Okay cool preciate it bro i kept feeling like the 150hps alone wouldnt be enough for 2 autos . Since i dont need the cfls and they take up hella space ima go ahead and take them out and maybe hang them near harvest to fatten them up some more .
I put them straight into the 3gal pots since ive read autos dont like transplants .Out of curiosity.....
Did you put them into small containers of soil of the pot's you are talking about?
