grow box for clones i made when i was high?

ok so i made this box for one of my sick plants to baby it. it seems to have been shocked by the cold im guessing i have no idea, i live in wisconsin and its just starting to get really cold out and so cold in fact i didnt even realize it dropped the temp in my grow room! all i did was put 2 mini sized warm and one cool fluorescent bulb surrounding my plant from all sides. I just had the lights lying around so i got ambitious lol. oh yea and i cut holes in the top for a mini fan haha!! just wanna know if this is completely dumb and im just really baked or if its a good idea for a struggling baby?

how many watts are on it? it looks like enough to keep it alive but if you really want to do something with it your gonna have to up the wattage, and im sure you know it will out grow the box...
