Grow Journal, CFL All advice welcome

Ok got my new lights and just put one up, but before I do the other just wanted to make sure the cables will be enough just to support the lights weight won't they?
Also the fan turned out to be even more worthless than I guessed....so does anyone have an idea what to do for ventilation cos this light alone is making the cupboard worryingly warmer. Was hoping not to have to just buy a little desk fan, if for nothing else then the energy and noise like.
Plants seem to be coming along pretty well though.

Well put them both up now and got the fan working as best it can which is pretty much not at all but yeah any advice on keeping aired? Right now just keeping the doors open as much as I can but yeah sure there's a better solution.
Here's the whole space I actually have like.

Alreet guys been a little while since my last update and the girls seem to be doing well. Still having a lot of difficulty finding the nutes in England recommended, just wondering if maybe internet ordering's the best option or if anyone knows any definite stockists?
Also vaguely worried about how tall some of the secondary growth is getting and was wondering if anyone had any advice? Maybe cropping? Just loathe to do it as I really dunno what to do, got rid of a few already dead leaves and there are a couple of yellowing ones I've considered but left, just don't want to stress them out obviously.

The CO2 bubbler is basically a 2 liter bottle with aquarium air lines sealed into the top of the cap. You add 2 cups of sugar and 1/4 tsp yeast and fill it to 2" under the cap with lukewarm water. the yeast will react with the sugar and the mixture will ferment forming CO2 bubbles that get released out of the air lines. you can just set the lines into a cup of water and the CO2 will bubble out. you can add more yeast and it will bubble faster but it will run out of fuel faster too. hope this helps!

Ah ok many cheers much appreciated think I'll try that when I get my girls more firmly rehoused.
Which is my next question, just found my new flat to move into, with a nice cupboard under the stairs...but also has inspections and such so needing to construct some kind of cupboard with in and out take fans I'd guess and probably some kind of carbon filter for which I found a DIY walkthrough. So was just wondering if any one has advice on the actual cupboard/modding it, or just a link to somewhere on here? Just as I'm now moving barely have any internet access so can only get on here very briefly every so often. Will try and get some more pictures up at some point soon though.
Cheers.
