witch is better i know LED grow pannels cost around 75$+ and they save lots of energy i know nothing about hps so whats some information

Your not really saving anything with LED lights. The small foot print that you get from them really limits what you can do with them.
I've tried both and I went back to hps lights.
LED put off less heat but they do put off heat that still needs to be dealt with.
