Grow Moms Unite!

Had to stop by again to see whats up. Ok I'm a gramps to my 17 year old son, he grew up with a screwed up dad. He moved in just as I started my first grow, I showed it to him when they were about 12" high. He said there is nothing wrong with weed better than alcohol. Since then he has not showned any instrest at all, never says any thing about his granny and me seating around smoking all the time.
To be honest my ass stays tight when granny pisses him off. Good luck all with the children.

Wow.. You must have been abused as a child to hope for something like that. Not everybody mother was like yours so calm down. I don't see anything wrong with it especially if you are allowed to grow it.

Does anyone have older kids & know thier parents grow? How is that working?

I dont think i need to touch this subject...but will say this......really wouldnt post about letting them(young children) help with growing pot....doesnt seem smart to share publicly.

YOU did touch the subject so explain why admitting to children watering and potting "tomato plants" is unwise. POsting something on the internet is nothing more than binary code. In order for legal trouble the authorities would have to prove that a crime was committed. Nobody need worry..... I smuggle Coke a crossed the Negales border. They can't do anything about that claim. They would have to prove something, but first I would have to show up on the radar which won't happen to either me or Pigtails and Peanut butter.

The only reason I wouldn't post is because people blow things out of proportion and out of context. Her kids have nothing to do with drugs.... only watering tomato plants.

Sorry but i don't agree with having your children in your grow room, even if they are very young and you can legally grow, it just seem wrong to me.
I can understand talking to an older child (teen) and explaining what u do and why and letting them learn when they are old enough to understand but sorry seems kinda ghetto to have kids near your plants, i've witnesses a child accidently eat hash and she almost died. Yes shit happens that fast, kids do silly things, including ratting on their parents because they think they are bragging. But don't get me wrong i encourage you to grow as a family if your legal but keep your babies away from the weed. Seems basic and common sense, i'm starting to feel like people don't get that weed is a drug, not just a pretty plant

Everytime my son sees a plant or buds he just knows " its daddys medicine"

Weed is not a drug unless it is put into the form of a drug. Having your children hold or play with hash is plain irresponsible but a plant is harmless. YOur children cannot eat the plant and be harmed. And I don't think they run around with bags of pot. They watered a few plants they have no idea what it is. I think telling your teenagers about them is a much more irresponsible act.

i don't like to lie to my kids. I noticed in the passed when I would hide things from my son he would just get more curious to know what it is. I rarely puff around him and when I do I'm in another room and using a vape. My mom always told me the truth about everything and I turned out alright. She was very honest to me when she found out I smoked pot way back in high school. She told me it wasn't harmful and she didn't consider it a drug. She told me honestly she rather me use pot than tobacco. Plus with all the other drugs in my area cannabis is a blessing.

Yes what your doing is kinda ok, well dude honestlty i don't use, talk or have weed around children, i am a women and responsible to make sure they are exposed to the right things that are appropriate for their age level and comprehension level, if a younger person asks me why i was smoking something funny i explain what it is, and why i use it, to help me feel better and function, but also explain some people abuse it .Never would i let a child water my plants, or smoke near a child. Lying to your child about what they are watering and exposing them to drugs when they are babies is very close to me calling someone who will make proper choices. Sorry but willingly exposing your babies to drugs is not ok, lying to them about what they are helping you grow is even worse. Im leaving this thread. I've said my peace and know i am correct , why because kids should not be lied to and helping u grow weed, simple.

i think april put a knife through the heart of the thread and made great statements that i feel should be followed with kids
