In our statue it says whatever your caregiver deems necessary for your conditions. So we request of our Dr to consider ingestion over inhalation.
Yea I saw a recent story that the Feds and getting local law enforcement to provide "enforcement data" (aka how many plants the county knows you have). and are taking people to court who have grown more than 100 plants in a 5 year period (statue of limitations is five years....) So even if you are under the 100 plant growing at one time, they can still try and pin you with growing over 100 in a five year period.... The story said also the magic number for plants a year was 19..... so if you live in a area you might forsee trouble, i would stick with 19 plants a year... just make all 19 fucking monsters....What nobody has brought up is the Feds. There are mandatory sentencing guidelines, 5 years for 100 plants or more. They will include clones and plants that are vegging. so whatever your number is, ALWAYS STAY UNDER 100 TOTAL PLANTS! In Los Angeles,If you become a primary caregiver for another patient, you can grow 6 (flowering) per patient. keep your paperwork straight, your #'s under 100, and keep your mouth shut and you should be OK
