Grow number 3!!!

Greetings all!!
One week ago today I put in an order for, among other things, 5 thc bomb seeds from attitude(shipping times anyone?) So it's been awhile for me, is there any concensus between seed up vs seed down(in a rapid rooter), should I put FF kangaroots/microbe brew in to soak before seed, and when should I start extra supplementation(starting in rapid rooters, transferring to 3 gallon pot asap in ffof)? Thank you all, and wish me luck

Ps. currently have fox farms full line of nutes, 100 watt (actual draw) led, ffof with perlite for soil, and with 100 watts off reflected CFL supplemental lights. About to get another 100watts of led as soon as I can afford it(next month or so).

I currently add call mag to all of this. Any advice or experience is greatly appreciated. Does anyone know any tips/tricks for germination(seems to be what I have the most trouble with), or how to tell how much nutes to give any particular plant, or when to stop?

Seed up or down is irrelevant in soil but a rapid rooter is not as flexible so make sure the pointed end is down.
