You must understand that these seedling are a lot like cacti, They don't need much water. The roots 'grow' when they are looking for water.
If you're continually dumping a cup of water onto it then it's never going to have to look for it thusly causing a small plant with numerous problems.

Thats the thing its been 4 & 1/2 days since I took the seed out of the bag where it germinated and planted the long route covering it completely with soil about 1 & 1/2 inches deep. It penetrated the soil on its 2nd day. I think watering every 3-4 days should be alright, I havent been "dumping" water on it I've only watered once. What I want to know is how you ended up on the conclusion that I'm over watering. I don't think I mentioned temperature or humidity, which I thought mattered when you look at how much water your plant is drinking. Ill do a finger test and post a pic of it. Also Chibz how many seedlings have you seen sprout?

I would also like a second opinion if anyone cares to chime in.

opinion number 2 lol man it looks good to me the lower leaf that most likely to come over as it mature is having signs of hot soil but other then that be the judge of ur plant water man ur the only one that's going to learn from this . well others will but everyone makes mistakes right cheers bros !pce geturgrowon!519

I read a lot of comments about things that could have been done better. While it's solid advice, you've got this seed slowly doing its thing and that in itself is all that matters! All I can really say is "remember that less is more"

Assuming you have to do this over again, I'd recommend starting them in smaller cups (with jiffy organic seed starting mix. dirt cheap at wal mart and seeds love it) and to plant it when the taproot is about as long as the seed (though I doubt you'll need to start over. It's looking really good). How's the temperature in your box (just curious).

I'm rooting for you, man. Keep up the good work!
