Grow room install

My tent is on the brinks of collapsing, the summer heat in my garage gets little hot. I am looking to have someone convert the space into a small grow room. Seeking advice and opinions.

For starters, what are your ventilation or cooling options?

How much space is it (dimensions)?

How much canopy do you want in there?

What type of lighting will you use?

How much power is available in there?

Renfro how are you you helped with my electrician thread awhile back.
the space is 10ft by 10ft, with 4 HPS lights running. Not sure on how many plants ill go with, my last harvest was 8 large plants under 3 lights and did 5.5 it was my first
I will have an AC unit thats 14,000 btu, few vornado fans, and my 1080 cfm filter fan.
I have a guy who is willing to install the wall and door but just want to see wt other details I am missing before he comes next week. Or anything I should ask him to install besides wall.
