SB 420 limits (6 mature/12 immature plants, 1/2 lb).
Humboldt-100 square feet and 3 lbs w/ no plant number limit
In San Diego where im at - 1 lb of marijuana, 24 plants in 64 square feet indoors; no outdoors growing allowed except in enclosed greenhouses
Plant limits vary from county to county and can be very vague in between.
I had my doctor on my recommendation a limit of 99 plants in as much space as needed. Didn't want to do more since that's tip toeing on Federal territory. Also had him put to ''use as needed''. Been stopped smoking in public and just show the cops my recommendation. If they still have a problem quick call to my lawyer and he argues " if some one was having an as ma attack they couldn't use there inhaler in public'' or '' if some on was having a panic attack they couldn't pop a Valium stop harassing my client''
Also got my girlfriend the same recommendation for 99 plants printed a caretaker form online got it notarized. In theory good up to 198 plants.
Just covering all bases just in case if some outer judge or jury don't believe that plant limits are '' unconstitutional'' scene in my option the Constitution dosnt mean shit anymore.

When I get renewed I will ask him to write down a 99 plant as needed limit as well. Thanx +rep
