Remove the ratchet hangers and use those straps directly around the bars. You want the filter to be as high as possible as this is the hottest air ar the top
I really don’t think the straps could take the weight of it there not that great

Where is you exhaust venting to? It looks like it’s just going back into the room.
If that’s the case you need to run ducting from the exhaust OUT of the window.

An air cooled hood is a hood that will pass your ventilation around your bulb to cool and disperse heat out of your exhaust. Look em up, I got mine for 50 bucks american.

What light are you using? Got pics of the whole tent?
I’m not sure what the light is called I got it with the whole set up I’m attaching a picture of the whole tent now I’m also going to attach a picture of the 30 pounds led one that I have been using before I got the tent set up maybe I should just switch lights as the led one doesn’t give of any heat

Just hook up a fan pulling air threw (some say to push as to not over heat fan but I just pull) threw the hood and your heat will go down.

I will have to give this ago tomorrow so your saying I should have the fan sucking the heat from the bulb rather than a fan blowing cold air on the bulb

Both fans you have are not powerful enough....

There are a few things you can do...
1 fix the filter at the very top... get rid of the ratchets.
2 use your intake fan as an extra exhaust.... leave all the vents open at the bottom to draw the air in...

Using both fans as exhausts will let you remove the max air.

AC Infinity Cloudline T6 would be perfect for your tent, is one of the best fans out there (will change speed based on temp/humidity), and would cost less than what you paid for those two fans. I just ordered one for my tent and it cost me $150USD which I think is equal to around £120.
