Hello there new here hoping I can get some help at the moment running a 250w HPS but upgrading soon into a new space of 4ft x 3ft and 8ft high do you think this is an okay space for a 400w Hps without heat issues? Thanks

As long as you can exhaust the heat out of the space, then that light will be perfect.

i would suggest looking at a 600w too, if it will fit in your space/you can afford it/if you can keep it cool/etc. the heat increase from 400w to 600w is relatively small, and your ladies will appreciate the extra wattage.

Im running a 600w in a 4x4x6.5 tent no problems. So if I was you, I would go to a 600w now, rather than later. Keep your 250w for vegging. I would also recommend getting a 6 inch fan/filter/cooltube with a speed controller.
