Just added a grow sun 160 watt on Friday. It has 20 watt multi chips in it x8. Has built in timer and a remote control. Has seedling , veg and bloom settings. You can adjust the intensity of the light from 10% to 100% in 10% increments. Multi chips can be replaced without soldering. You just unscrew the ring around the lens. Pull the lens out then the reflector and the cob come right out , just pop a new one in reassemble and your good to go.
Thought i would start this thread on it since i could not find much on these lights after searching. So going to give it a whirl and see what it does.
Took pictures of all the cycles and timer but only a couple turned out. Stupid camera doesn't like to focus sometimes.
Unfortunately i had a light leak threw a vent that has put the plants on the right about two week behind the plants on the left. I am not going to do this very scientifically no divider or separate spaces for the two lights. The grow sun is hanging on the right side and the ebay special 300 watt (true watts 192) 10 band is on the left. Should be able to tell if one side does better then the other.
Will add more pictures in about a week. By then the new grow room should be completed so they will be in a new home. Peace
