I think no-till soil is the way to go copying nature as much as possible... no one knows better how plants are grown than mother earth and the sun!Most problems are the same. But soil is much more forgiving. Just don't over fertilize. That said, hydro is the way to go if you're already going to spend a good bit of time with them. I grow in soil and still spend enough time with them to be hydro. I just need two plants at a time though. Personally, soil is just too easy to do something else.
I absolutely don‘t want to say hydroponic systems are bad, I am also looking at some systems, but for different reasons, for example faster growth, bigger yield, ...
But for high quality buds I still don‘t think, that there is anyhing better than a proper soil, a good microbiology, and proper food (for the plants and the life in the soil, which is living with the plant).
There isn‘t one truth at all, everyone of us is thinking differently about THE PERFECT GROW!
